This video documents my process as I sought to remedy the rusting problem that Anycubic's Wash stations have been plagued with for some time. The magnets they utilize do not seem to hold up to time and need to be replaced to avoid further damage and deterioration. The magnets I used here have worked perfectly over the last year I've had them. I've continued to use them heavily with absolutely no sign of rust. Hope this video serves to help others who find themselves in my position. It took me a while to get around to editing this video and getting it posted. I'm glad I finally finished it so I can justify continue working on the other video projects I have in the works. Here's my first layer adhesion test on the Wham Bam PEX plate for the Bambu Lab X1C. The results were incredible! Such a smooth, shiny surface! Every print I've done so far with his plate has turned out amazing. This is most certainly sitting as the default on my printer for the foreseeable future. Wham Bam, thank you man!

After using this printer for almost a year, I finally needed to do some more in-depth repairs. I discovered that there are not a lot of videos online related to do maitenance on this specific printer. There were a few tips and tricks I learned while swapping the stepper motor & thankfuly, Anycubic is nice enough to send you replacement parts for their printers. I'm planning to do more videos related to this printer such as FEP replacement and perhaps screen replacement once that becomes necessary.
